Places you go out for fun. Theaters, sports arenas, bowling alleys, gyms, amusement spots, and big entertainment venues. Used by venue operators and entertainment developers, plus it now covers some large parking facilities. "Assembly" means anywhere crowds gather. Bigger and busier than a corner shop, so it's allowed by default in 113 districts but the largest venues often still need extra review.
