Email privacy@zonable.com with "Data Request" in the subject line. Include the request type, your email, and any additional details.
What happens next
- We confirm receipt within 5 business days.
- If needed, we verify your identity (to protect against bad actors).
- We fulfill the request and email you confirmation.
- For deletion requests, we remove data from production within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.
