New York City Zoning Resolution Section 142-06: Modification of Use and Bulk Regulations for Zoning Lots Fronting on Former West 208th Street.
For lots along the old edge of the former West 208th Street (now closed, shown on Map 1), that old boundary counts as a regular street line. So all zoning rules about use and building size treat the lot as if it still fronts a street there.
Section 142-06 - Modification of Use and Bulk Regulations for Zoning Lots Fronting on Former West 208th Street
Where the lot line of a zoning lot coincides with the former boundary of West 208th Street, as shown on Map 1 in the Appendix to this Chapter, such lot line shall be considered a street line for the purpose of applying all use and bulk regulations of this Resolution.
