The floor area regulations of the underlying districts shall apply, except as modified by the provisions of this Section, inclusive.

The usual floor-area limits (FAR = floor-area ratio, total floor space allowed compared to lot size) for the underlying zoning district still apply here. But this special-district section changes some of them. Where it sets a different limit, that special rule overrides the default. Otherwise, the standard district floor-area caps stay in force.
