New York City Zoning Resolution Section 117-201: General provisions.
In the Queens Plaza West Subdistrict, the normal rules of the surrounding zoning still apply — what you can build, how big, how much parking — unless the special Queens Plaza West section changes them. So start with the default zoning, then swap in the subdistrict's custom tweaks wherever they exist. Default first, exceptions on top.
Section 117-201 - General provisions
In the Queens Plaza West Subdistrict, the use , bulk , and parking regulations of the underlying districts shall apply, except as modified by the provisions of Section 117-20 (QUEENS PLAZA WEST SUBDISTRICT), inclusive.
