New York City Zoning Resolution Section 109-341: Curb cut regulations.
You get only one curb cut — the dipped section of sidewalk where cars cross into a driveway or garage — per street your lot faces. Corner lot on two streets? One curb cut allowed on each. This keeps driveways from chopping up the sidewalk and stealing parking and pedestrian space.
