Section 101-71 - Sign Regulations
In order to enhance the visual quality of the Atlantic Avenue Subdistrict, the following additional regulations shall apply to all signs within the Subdistrict.

Along Atlantic Avenue, every sign faces extra rules beyond the usual ones. The goal is a better-looking streetscape, so all signs in the Atlantic Avenue Subdistrict must meet these added design and placement controls on top of whatever the base zoning already requires.
