An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from SP to DTC zoning for the properties located at 170 and 176 2nd Avenue North, approximately 123 feet southeast of Church Street (0.63 acres) and within the 2nd Avenue Historic Preservation Overlay District, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2025Z-062PR-001).
