An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County by amending a Specific Plan for property located at 2158 Una Antioch Pike, at the current terminus of Oak Barrel Drive, zoned SP (8.9 acres), to permit 45 multi-family residential units, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2011SP-024-002).
