An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from AR2A and R8 to SP zoning for property located at 6103 Mt. View Road, at the northwest corner of Hamilton Church Road and Mt. View Road (22.18 acres), to permit 92 single family lots, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2024SP-014-001).
