An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from RS7.5 to SP zoning for properties located at 1325, 1329, 1333, and 1337 Tulip Grove Road, on the east side of Tulip Grove Road and approximately 250 feet north of Central Pike, (2.14 acres), to permit 32 multi-family residential units, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2023SP-060-001).
