An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from R8 to SP zoning for property located at 840, 848 and 852 Youngs Lane, approximately 89 feet west of Youngs Lane and Lathan Court, (4.22 acres), to permit 20 multi-family residential units, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2023SP-062-001).
