An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from R10 to SP zoning for property located at Whites Creek Pike (unnumbered), approximately 56 feet south of Green Lane, (14.68 acres), to permit all uses of MUL with the exception of the uses listed as prohibited within the SP, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2023SP-046-001).
