An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from R8 to SP zoning for a portion of property located at 4808 Buena Vista Pike, west of Whites Creek Pike (45.64 acres), to permit a nonresidential development with industrial and office uses, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2023SP-026-001).
