An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by amending a specific plan district on property located at 1908 Lebanon Pike and Lebanon Pike (unnumbered), at the northeast corner of Omohundro Drive and Lebanon Pike (5.92 acres), to increase the allowed building height to 3 stories in 45 feet, all of which is described herein.
