An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from IR to SP zoning on properties located at 426, 446, and 464 Chestnut Street and Chestnut Street (unnumbered), approximately 243 feet north of Martin Street, (2.5 acres), to permit a mixed-use development, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2022SP-059-001).
