Section 25-52 - Off-site Spaces for Residences

In the districts indicated, all permitted or required off-street parking spaces accessory to residences may be provided on a zoning lot other than the same zoning lot as the residences to which such spaces are accessory , provided that in such instances all such spaces are:
located in a district other than a Residence District or a C7 District, or provided in a joint facility located in a district other than an R1 or R2 District, on the same zoning lot as one of the buildings to which it is accessory , and conforming to the provisions of Section 25-541 (Joint Facilities); not further than the maximum distance from the zoning lot specified in Section 25-521 ; and enclosed, except that such spaces may be unenclosed provided that the zoning lot on which such spaces are located does not contain a residential use .
