Any off-street loading berth — the off-street spot where delivery trucks dock — built in Manhattan's busiest core neighborhoods after May 8, 2013, must follow the special rules in this section. Older berths are grandfathered, but anything new has to meet these design and placement standards. Applies to the dense Manhattan core only.
