New York City Zoning Resolution Section 13-20: SPECIAL RULES FOR MANHATTAN CORE PARKING FACILITIES.
Special parking rules for the Manhattan Core (roughly Manhattan below 96th/110th Street). Any accessory parking, car-rental lot, or public parking facility that's built, enlarged, or extended here after May 8, 2013, must follow this section's rules. The aim: keep new parking from flooding dense Manhattan with car traffic.
Section 13-20 - SPECIAL RULES FOR MANHATTAN CORE PARKING FACILITIES
All accessory off-street parking facilities, automobile rental establishments, and public parking lots developed , enlarged or extended in the Manhattan Core after May 8, 2013, shall comply with the applicable provisions of this Section, inclusive.
