New York City Zoning Resolution Section 127-40: DISTRICT PLAN ELEMENTS.
If you're building in Subdistrict A or B of this special district, you must follow the "district plan" rules spelled out here.
A district plan element is a required design feature — like specific street walls, public spaces, or pedestrian connections the neighborhood plan calls for.
This is just the on-ramp: it says these extra rules apply to your lot. The actual requirements come in the subsections that follow.
