New York City Zoning Resolution Section 117-62: Special Use Regulations.
In the Dutch Kills Subdistrict (part of Long Island City, Queens), food and beverage stores in Use Group VI can be any size. Normally these retail uses face a square-footage cap, but here that limit is lifted. So a grocery, deli, or specialty food shop can open at whatever footprint the space allows, with no size restriction.
