New York City Zoning Resolution Section 107-20: DISTRICT PLAN ELEMENTS.
Special rules in this section apply to two things: land in the planned open space network (minus public parks), and any zoning lot sitting along a designated arterial road. Both are marked on the official district plan maps. If your land is in either category, these provisions cover it. Public parks are exempt.
Section 107-20 - DISTRICT PLAN ELEMENTS
All land in the open space network as shown on the District Plan (Map 3 in Appendix A), except public parks , and all zoning lots along an arterial as shown on the District Plan (Map 2 in Appendix A), are subject to the provisions of this Section, inclusive.
