THE VOTE TO GRANT – Affirmative: Chair Perlmutter, Vice-Chair Commissioner Ottley-Brown, Commissioner and Commissioner Scibetta………………………….….…5 ………………………………......…………0 RESOLUTION – WHEREAS, this is an application for Board’s Rules of Practice and Procedure permit, pursuant to ZR § 64-92, to legalize, within an R4 zoning district, the reconstruction single-family detached home in compliance floodresistant construction standards comply with the zoning requirements side yards, total side yards, and rear yards ZR §§ 23-45, 23-461(a), and 23-52; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was application on December 4, 2018, and then on the same date; and WHEREAS, this application is brought the property owner by the Build it which was created to assist New York affected by Superstorm Sandy; and WHEREAS, in furtherance of the City’s rebuilt homes impacted by Superstorm expeditiously and effectively, the Board, RCNY § 1-14.2, waives the following Practice and Procedure: (1) 2 RCNY § (Objection Issued by the Department of 2 RCNY § 1-05.3 (Filing Period); (3) 05.4 (Application Referral); (4) 2 RCNY (Hearing Notice); (5) 2 RCNY § 1-05.7 Affected Property Owners); (6) 2 RCNY (Owner’s Authorization); and (7) 2 RCNY (Proof of Service for Application Referral Notice); and WHEREAS, the Board notes that application is exempt from fees pursuant 1-09.2 and NYC Admin.
