Resolved, that the Board of Standards and Appeals Waives the Rules of Practice and Procedure and reopens and amends the resolution, adopted on April 4, 1995 so that as amended this portion of the resolution shall read: " To extend the term of the variance for a period of five (5) years from April 4, 2000 to expire on April 4, 2005; on condition THAT the premises shall be maintained in substantial compliance with the proposed drawings submitted with the application marked "Received January 6, 2002"-(4) sheets; and that other than as herein amended the resolution above cited shall be A true copy of resolution adopted by the Board of Standards Printed in Bulletin Nos. 1-3, Vol. 88.
