On both the 534 Coney Island Avenue and Belmont Osborn rezonings, members struck MIH Option 2 and swapped in a deep-affordability option; Darlene Mealy said the Belmont Osborn owner had been pushed 'down from 80% AMI' and called it Brownsville's 'last opportunity.'
