Billed as a landmarks subcommittee, this session was really a rapid-fire cleanup vote. Chair Salamanca, joined by Brannan, Marte and Nurse, advanced items heard earlier: a 447-seat SCA primary school, the West 128-129 application, an amended Brooke 156 summary, and DCAS's transfer of a dozen city-owned health properties , North Central Bronx Hospital, Gotham Morrisania, Lincoln Recovery, Woodhull and more , to NYC Health + Hospitals under a 1970 operating agreement, with Article 11 tax exemptions. All had local council support; the roll came back 6-0-0 and the vote was left open.
