Chair Salamanca moved a coupled package recommended by the zoning subcommittee , headlined by the Bronx Metro-North rezoning projected to deliver ~7,000 new homes (members got congratulated for negotiating MIH and parking concessions) and the 500 Kent Avenue plan for a 23-story commercial office tower in Brooklyn.
