Most of Chair Salamanca's Land Use Committee ran like clockwork: a coupled roll call advancing a stack of Brooklyn rezonings (817 Atkins-area and 1289 Atlantic Avenue, ~112-155 affordable units under MIH) plus a 281-31 Marcus Garvey special-permit package, all clearing 8-0 then 9-0.
